First Night Out -- Sugarland Concert!!

Jimmy and I had our first night out since Macey was a baby. Mom came up to spend the night with us so that we could come home late and not worry about Mom getting home even later. Although I knew that Macey would have a great time with Mom, I was nervous all day about leaving her. What if she woke up looking for me? What if she woke up hungry? What if she cried for no reason and couldn't get back to sleep? We hosted play group yesterday but I was so concerned about Macey getting a good nap so that she would sleep well at night that she didn't really get to play with her friends. All of this to say that I have got to calm down! Macey and Mom did fine without me, imagine that. Macey did wake up after I had put her to bed but Mom played with her until she was able to get back to sleep. Thank you Mom!!

The Sugarland concert was a great distraction for me missing my little angel. I love seeing concerts with this crew. Amy, Kimmy and I sing at the top of our lungs, stand the entire concert and dance like we are on stage... I love it!! And my sweet husband is right there with me, singing at the top of his lungs! August in Atlanta is HOT so we were a sweaty mess just walking through the parking lot to the venue. But it was worth it! I love love these couples and am so thankful for them. David and Amy, what's next on the concert calendar??
